RETURNS

Not everything is perfect. It might happen that you are not happy with your purchase.
We accept returns of all items purchased from our website postmarked within 14 calendar days after you received your order.

PLEASE NOTE

We don’t accept returned items, that have been worn or used, items that have become damaged because of improper use or items returned after 14 calendar days after you received your order.

Items should be returned in original condition and original packaging with original hangtags attached and chord left undamaged.
Unfortunately, Fine Art Prints that have been personalized cannot be returned.
Astrid & Antoinette is not responsible for any missing, late, or damaged return.

RETURN FORM AND YOUR DETAILS

We would like things to go smooth.
Please complete the returns form included with your order, stating the items and reason for returning.

It is important that you correctly and completely provide your details, such as your name, your e-mail address and shipping address.
You are responsible for the correctness of the details provided by you.
The return address is printed on the return form.

Astrid & Antoinette is not responsible for return costs.

REFUND

We will try to turn around your refund/exchange within a few days.
You will get an email to confirm once this has been processed.
All refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Astrid & Antoinette uses a semi-automated system, once you’ve placed and paid for an order on www.astrid-antoinette.com there is no going back. You will need to receive and return your order as described above.
